Experience

Victoria has worked for the past 20 years in the wine industry, firstly as a wine maker in Washington State, USA, before returning to the UK.  Since returning here, she has worked as Tastings & Events Manager for The Wine Society before embarking on a career in wine education & consultancy.  Victoria owns and runs Kent Local Wine School which is part of a UK network of 26 wine schools.  Victoria also has a role as Wine School Development Manger for the network as well as being co-owner.  Have lived and travelled in Spain, Victoria is a Spanish wine specialist and is a Certified Educator of Rioja, Cava, Sherry & Navarra as well as holding Highest Honours in the Spanish Wine Scholar qualification.  As an educator, Victoria delivers informative, fun & relaxed wine tastings, engaging the audience with her passion & knowledge.
