A Sipologist wine tasting is one that combines my 15 year wine career with a MSc, tennis coaching and English Teaching qualifications.  I show Sipologists- in-training different styles of wines on the market using modern and creative experiments to keep learning fresh and unique and how food and even music chan change the taste of  our tipple.  Often using goggles, buzzers, CO2 cartridges and music, alongside a handpicked and unbiased wine selection, I aim to put our wine tasters in charge of their own palates learning what wines work best for them and why.

Nominated for Imbibe Personality of the Year in Education and WSET Global Wine Educator Award since focusing on wine education I also teach at the WSET Headquarters in London Bridge and now Chair the AWE, a fantastic group of wine educators.
